Historic Space Systems designed and fabricated this economical simulated Undersea Laboratory control console for Underwater World in San Francisco, California.
These consoles mount illuminated film gauges and real switches in
aluminum panels. All switch nomenclature is machine engraved on the panels, just as on real laboratory test equipment.
Common engineering design practice determined the grouping of
controls and displays. Standard rack components added authenticity.
